The following schedule of regular meetings of the Southern Manatee Fire & Rescue District has been established for the Board of Fire Commissioners. All meetings, with the exception of September, are held the third (3rd) Thursday of the month, except as noted, at the Southern Manatee Fire & Rescue District’s Administrative Offices which are located at 2451 Trailmate Drive, Sarasota, FL 34243, beginning at 5:00 p.m. local time.

If any person desires to appeal any decision of the Fire District Board of Commissioners or of any other board of commission of the district, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
