Taxing/Assessment Information

AD VALOREM Tax: Paid in arrears and based on a calendar year.

NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT: Paid in advance and based on a fiscal year (Oct 1 – Sept 30)

Taxes and assessments are paid at the same time (end of calendar year) and are shown together on the Manatee County Tax Statement.  Both are eligible for early pay discounts.
